What food you’ll need

 

  • 4lbs of Salmon
  • 3lbs of Brown rice
  • Sweet coconut flakes
  • 1-2 pounds of broccoli or green beans
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • Spices for flavor (Mrs. DASH)

 

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray Pam on a cookies sheet while placing 4 lbs. salmon on sheet. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash’s original spice and 1 tablespoon of sweetened coconut flakes on fish. Place in oven for 50 minutes until golden brown edges form around fish.

 

Step 2: For the Brown rice boil 6 cups if water with 3 cups of rice. Add one tablespoon of olive oil, Mrs. dash original, and pinch of salt. Once water is boiling reduce to low heat covered for 50 mins. Turn off hear and let it sit for 10 mins.

 

Step3: for broccoli boil full bag with cup of water for 5 mins until broccoli is tender.

Approx total- time 1hr for a 3-4 days worth of foo!
