Hey,
I believe it’s essential to start your day with an approaite mindset. These three elements have done wonders for me in the past and I believe you could greatly benefit from them too.
First guideline, Like I stated in my free eBook “5 tricks to crushing your goals and paving the road to dream” It’s imperative to determine your vision. I believe action without direction is worst then direction without action. You’re going nowhere fast. You must understand your purpose and the reason why you do what you do. It’s most importantly use this guideline before you fall asleep and when you awake. 
My second guideline, Make accomplish your priorities first! Being that I’m contstanly invoked in fitness I like to do workout first thing in the morning. It’s makes me feel great and jump starts my mind and body because I achieved something important. If you achieve some great early in your day and then you will build a momentum to achieve the rest of the day. 
 
Third guideline, It has been stated that an affirmative thought is 100X more powerful then a negative thought. I believe you should affirm your day. Some example affirmation include  “I will do this” or  “I am capable of achieving greatness” or “You got this” or “You’ve almost to achieving your goal, keep it up” Be positive and treat others positively and you’ll receive more positivity in return. Sounds like a win win situation right? It’s that simple treat yourself and other with full recpect and you will receive more.
