In my last blog post I told you that finding the correct mindset starts from being influenced. And after you become influenced it leads to a perception, to then a belief, and then into an expectation.

With every expectation you hold, it was once influenced by someone or something. You see, all success comes from when you are fully aware of yourself, including your actions and beliefs.

So today that leads me to talk you about how you find what you want and how do you believe that what you want is possible.

Below are the three most important things you must do today to find and achieve your dream.

1.Develop a BIG vision of exactly what you want

A vision is a future experience in which you can vividly see in your mind. Although it’s not actually present, it’s often fueled by the influence of your purpose and passion.

For example, I found my passion for fitness, which lead to me discovering my purpose. “To gravitate you and a million others toward a healthier lifestyle.” #gravtitateamillion

Your purpose is directly related to your passion. Your passion is your intense desire or enthusiasm for something. When you find your passion you find your purpose. It is your ability to change the world in your own unique way.

“What the mind can conceive to believe it can achieve. I believe this is 100% true as I can vouch from personal experience. After just over a year ago, Gravfitt was incomplete. It always existed in my mind as a thought, but not to the physical world. This thought that was once nothing became something. This little thought, later manifested into reality. But for the longest time I was so afraid of taking a chance. I was so afraid of breaking out of my comfort zone. I was so afraid of naysayers. But what I feared the most was failing. Until one day, I had an experience that changed everything. After watching a documentary, I experienced a paradigm shift. This documentary caused me to realize something. It allowed me to change the conditioned path that I was always traveling. I switched from “The path of failure” to “The path of faith”

I decided that I was tired of forfeiting my life, I said enough was enough because I knew that I put on this earth to make a change. Once I believed in myself, I then gained the courage to take the leap. Faith has now controlled everything from there on after. As Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase”.

So It’s about you believing in yourself and your vision so you can achieve the things you never thought were possible.

2.BELIEVE THAT IT IS POSSIBLE.

After you determine your vision the next and probably MOST important thing. Is to believe that your vision is possible. I hate to say it, but if you don’t believe in it or yourself, then you’re selling yourself short. I know it is cliché, but this is true… You are capable of achieving it!

It just takes you, your dream, and faith. You have the power to make something that was once nothing into something.

I believe that if you stay focused on your vision you can achieve it. Despite any barrier or external variable that comes along your path, it’s possible. In fact, along any journey you embark, there will inevitably be some roadblock. But if your beliefs and WHY are strong enough, then they will override adversity.

3. Have a strong enough WHY to back it up

It’s all about the emergence of your identity and your Vision. You may have heard me say this before, but I will say it again. When you first ventured into living a healthier lifestyle WHY did you do it?

So many people start but never finish. Not because they can’t. It’s because they don’t have a burning desire to keep them going.  A strong enough WHY. WHY do you do it!!! Your WHY isn’t  “just to have a six pack or abs” your WHY is more meaningful than that. For example, your WHY could be “to be healthy enough to throw the baseball to my son one day”. Or ” be healthy enough to support one to support your family”  or maybe “you want to impact the world in some way”. What ever it is, make sure it’s BIG and is ” internal driver”.  Your vision must be congruent with WHY. When you have a strong enough WHY it makes it almost impossible to quit.

Always remember your WHY.  That is. WHY you started… in my life there were times where I wanted to give up on achieving my dreams. Four years ago I nearly lost full mobility to my thumb from a poor choice. This left me nearly 6 months out of the gym (losing everything). But the time off changed my life. It helped me discover my WHY and my WHY at the time was stronger than my ability to quit.

What is your WHY? WHY do you want to look or feel better? Always remember your WHY. YOU have an opportunity of a lifetime today!

“You ventured into living a healthier lifestyle for a reason. There will always be reasons to quit, people to drag you down, and obstacles that seem unsurpassable. Don’t give in. Keep in front of your mind.”

It all will make sense when you discover your WHY. Find your reason WHY, align it with your purpose and TAKE MASSIVE ACTION. And once you gain that little bit of momentum, it just takes focused consistency!

So this means take the time and uncover YOUR vision and have the courage to live it backed with a meaningful purpose. You are 100% responsible for yourself. Responsible for what you do. Responsible for who you are. Responsible for the way you face the world and deal with it. There are no excuses.

I know you can achieve things you never though you could, you just have to follow your heart and create a plan for how you will reach your vision.
